I am a member for life of the Phi Theta Kapa Honor Society.
In high school I was involved in the following clubs/ affiliations: Art Club ( club photographer and vice president), Photography Club, Newspaper Staff, Yearbook Staff, Junior Leadership, and Interact Club ( in which I participated in Coastal Cleanup for two consecutive years).
I have made donations to The March of Dimes and to Betterworldbooks. I have created shoeboxes which were donated to needy children during Christmas Holidays.
I met the man of my dreams! On February 11th 2009 we accepted our feelings for one another and became a couple. Brent and I are very happy together. He has been beside me through some of the most difficult times in my life. Hopefully, we have many years together ahead of us!
My Beliefs:
" Waiter, my glass is half empty and I got lemon juice in my eye!" People are not generally good unless being selfish, materialistic, and inconsiderate is 'good'. Society is in disrepair and it has been ever since man was banished from The Garden of Eden. I hold little, if any, hope for our species!
Agnostics and atheists deserve both pity and respect for their decision. After all, most religions condemn them to the 'bad place'. To face such a reality or even to ignore it, takes a lot of courage. There is an inkling of truth in all religions. The only true distortion lies with Satanists. They worship themselves rather than any god.
Love is a beautiful feeling! People are born to love and have a right to do so! I accept those who chose to love in the non-traditional sense. I do not believe it is right to censor the affections of others or to castigate them for their choice to love whether it be heterosexual or homosexual. Man was given free will and a right to make up his or her own mind! We all have sinned and no sin is any greater than another. Therefore, it is unfair to alienate others simply because they are honest to their hearts and chose to love.

If any of the above assertations appear paradoxical, they are; for I am a human being:the ultimate paradox.
My Best Friend:
Her name is Katrina. We have a lot in common and understand each other very well. Sometimes I feel like she is merely an extension of my own person...well, and then other times she reminds me that she is her own individual! She and I met in a Journalism class in the Spring of 2007. We have been close ever since!
Come again!
